John B. Parker, MPM has a BA degree from Alaska Pacific University. After college he taught high school for 5 years. He has been involved in the real estate industry since 1973. He has successfully marketed single family homes, large undeveloped tracts of land, subdivision lots, new construction, REO properties for lenders and mortgage insurance companies,investment properties, commercial properties, and leased retail, office and warehouse properties. In addition, he is an active investor himself. John holds a designation of Master Property Manager with the National Association of Property Managers (NARPM) and is an active member of the association on the local and national level.
