Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
In the state of Washington source of income is a protected class and Section 8 is an income source. Tenants with Section 8 still have to go through the normal application process before the section 8 process is started.

How and when do I get my checks?
Statements and Checks/EFT are sent on the 15th of the Month (if it falls on the weekend the day after). Electronic payments take 2-3 business days to appear in your account.

That varies on the rent amount and is pre-determined prior to renting the home or unit.
How soon can you start managing my property?
As soon as you need us to.
What type of properties do you manage?
Single Family, Condo, Duplex, Triplex and Small apartment communities.
What type of reports do I get and how often?
A monthly statement with any bills will be uploaded to the owner portal or mailed each month. You will also receive a Year End Statement and 1099.
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
State law requires the Managing Broker to keep them in a trust account.
