A paper application, with income verification, picture ID and payment can be dropped off at the office. Or you can email income verification and pictures ID to office@willowproperties.com and you will receive instructions on how to apply online.How many applications do you process at a time?
We process the first completed application received. A backup application can be turned in to hold your place in line, no money is due for a backup application.How do I pay rent?
You can pay your rent on https://www.paylease.com, mail, or drop your payment off at the office. You can pay in the form of an electronic payment, check, money order or cashiers’ check.I want to get a pet. What should I do?
Please submit a request in writing with the type of pet, breed, size and age. We will check the Management Agreement and contact the owner for approval. Once you have approval prior to bringing the pet in the home you will need to sign a Pet Agreement and pay your pet deposit.My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
20 Days Notice prior to the end of the month needs to be given. So for an example, notice to move out January 31st would need to be turned into the office by January 10th.Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
The owner pays for repairs to the home for normal maintenance. If a repair is due to an accident or neglect by a tenant, the tenant would be responsible for the bill.
